Her foresight in seeing the potential demand for this niche market inspired her to start her own company and House Proud Grampian was born.

Employing local staff, Jackie personally interviews, trains and deploys all employees, understanding the importance of a good relationship between client and operative, "I like the personal touch, it is so important to make the correct match between client and employee and make them feel comfortable with each other"
